The soft flora essence of Neroli, obtained from the fragrant whit blossoms of the Seville orange tree, is a prime ingredient in many classic perfumes. It takes one ton of freshly picked flowers to produce one pound of oil, making it one of the most precious oils available. Blend 3% Neroli in Almond oil so that it is suitable for direct application on the skin.

Neroli’s deeply relaxing and uplifting effects on the nervous system are highly beneficial in the treatment of trauma and hysteria. These qualities also make it a favored oil for use in massage during pregnancy and labor to create calmness and ease. Neroli’s rejuvenating properties are useful in skin care for soothing dry, irritated skin, dermatitis and acne.

PROPERTIES: Sedative, antispasmodic, antitoxin, eurphoric.

BLENDS WELL WITH: Clary Sage, Frankincense, Patchouli, Rose, Lemon, Orange, Geranium, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang.

For a relaxing bath: Add twenty drops to the bath to relax and relieve anxiety and nervous tension.

For a luxurious perfume: This enticing floral scent makes a beautiful natural perfume that can be applied directly to the body.

For dry, mature skin: To soften and moisturize, gently massage a few drops of Neroli into clean skin using the fingertips in an upward and outward movement.

For a restorative massage,: Enhance ten drops Neroli with five drops Geranium in one oz. base oil.

For use during pregnancy: Neroli is very beneficial during pregnancy and labor. To create feelings of calmness and ease, use fifteen drops in massage or the bath.
