The Formula:
Burdock- In addition to being a superior blood purifier, Burdock can also reduce swelling around nasal and sinus areas. While it helps neutralize most poisons, it helps in relieve cough, colds and sore throats.
Bayberry- Has many properties; it has been used for years to relieve sinusitis, break up colds, and remove mucus, as well as, helping colds and fevers. It works better when used with other herbs.
Green Tea- Catechins have antioxidant activity. They may also have anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-atherogenic, thermogenic and antimicrobial activities.
Chaparral- Has been used in other countries for centuries as an anti-cancer herb. It is a strong antioxidant, anti inflammatory, antiseptic, strong cleanser, and pain reliever.
Yerba Santa- Has much effect in healing allergies, asthma, colds, flu, and especially sinus conditions it helps expel excessive mucous from the body. It relaxes spasms, helps reduce swelling, helps with shortness of breath, head and lung congestion, headache and throat problems.
Bitter Orange- Loaded with vitamins and minerals, it contains generous amounts of Vitamin C; makes a cooling expectorant for coughs, especially where the phlegm is thick and yellow.
Golden Seal Root- No sinus or cold formula would be complete without Golden Seal Root, in addition to being the finest antibiotic in the herbal kingdom, especially when combined with Echinacea.
Quercetin- May have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, immunomodulatory, anticancer and gastroprotective activities.
Horehound- Is well known as a throat and lung remedy. Horehound works as an expectorant, coughs, colds; expeller of phlegm from the respiratory system, and can strengthens vocal cords.
Fenugreek- Is a master of breaking mucous congestion in the head and lungs. It Helps with lymphatic damage, allergies, emphysema, sore throat and headache from sinus problems.
Capsicum- Used in small amounts as a pusher and catalyst for other herbs in this formula giving them more power.
