Calcium Citrate
Some recent studies have suggested that Calcium Citrate is better absorbed than a Calcium Carbonate thus; the Citrate form would be more effective in helping to prevent or ameliorate osteoporosis.
Ingredients: Calcium (Citrate), Vitamin D (Fish Oil), Magnesium (Oxide, Aspartate), Zinc (Amino Acid Chelate), Manganese (Amino Acid Chelate), Cooper (Amino Acid Chelate) Other Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid and magnesium stearate.
