Vitamin A & D
The average recommended dose of Vitamin A is 25,000 I.U. and 1,000 I.U. of Vitamin D. The two work well together. High dosages are not advised as they are fat soluble and store in the body and could become toxic. There are exceptions reported by qualified herbalists and Naturopathic doctors using larger amounts when working with people with Fibroid Cysts and various female problems. It seems the body is so lacking that it takes 100,000 units a day to be effective. It would be best if this is done, to reduce after 4 weeks to 50,000 I.U. and each month by 25,000 I.U. until taking 25,000 I.U. then stay on the 25,000/1,000 I.U. each day.
