SAM-e was discovered in Italy in 1962. In Europe it has been clinically proven to be effective with mood enhancement. Other research shows benefits for the liver, for both alcoholic and non alcoholic cirrhosis, hepatitis and improved survival in liver transplantation. Many studies have shown SAM-e supports joint function, comfort and increased mobility in the spine, hips and knees as well as promotes cartilage repair.
Ingredients: SAM-e 200 mg (from 400 mg of S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine Disumate Tosyote), Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12 and Folic Acid. This is a vegetarian formula.
