Customer information is not stored on the internet server. No credit card information is included with receipts or accompanies the merchandise. SHIPPING POLICY
We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $6.50. Flat rate means the cost of shipping will not increase by weight or amount of goods! The shipping location is located in Hendersonville, NC. The shipping method used is FedEx and FedEx international. The typical shipping time is within 1-5 days depending on shipping location.
For international shipping, it is a flat rate of $25.00 and is shipped via FedEx international. We will be adding a list of countries we ship to. For protection and fraud we cannot ship to every country.
RETURN POLICY
Although we strive toward perfection, it is at times necessary for a return and refund. You may return any unopened product within 15 days from date of purchase. In order to do so, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA#) The best way of doin g this is by filling in the form above. You may also send an email to: info@biovitt.com with RMA# request in the subject line. You can also call, but this may take longer for you because of the time needed to obtain the RMA#.
After you recieve your RMA#, please write it clearly visible on the top of your shipping box or padded envelope. The address to mail it to is:
