It is important for our health to wash and clean the outside of our body or to clean our teeth for good dental hygiene. It is even more important to clean the inside of our bodies. However, drinking water is not enough to do the tough job of cleaning the residue that builds up in our bodies. Some examples are: undigested food that turns into toxins, waste, not yet eliminated, sugars and preservatives we ingest in our food, chemical sprays and residue that have not been properly washed from the fruit and vegetables we eat, and environmental poisons in the air.

Each day we breathe emissions from cars, trucks and airplanes. In addition we are exposed to chemicals, paint, and cleaners. In the water we drink, shower and bathe with, we find chlorine and more chemicals. We take prescription drugs and consume MSG and other preservatives in our food without realizing it, not to mention the damaging effects received
from most deodorants, perfumes, lotions and facial cosmetics. Most of us take better care of our cars (changing the oil, filters and regular maintenance) than our precious internal organs, i.e., liver, gallbladder, spleen, heart, kidneys, bladder, colon, lungs, and pancreas.
